The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is the small business advocate committed to maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses and minority-serving educational institutions in support of Secretary of the Navy goals to identify and develop small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission and the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow.

NAVSUP provides logistics support for Navy and Marine Corps operations worldwide. In support of that effort, contracts are awarded by activities covering supplies and services from a broad range of industries. NAVSUP maintains a decentralized acquisition structure. All contracts for supplies and services are awarded at our field activities.

NAVSUP’s Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) is committed to advocating and maximizing procurement opportunities for small businesses as well as minority-service educational institutions.

OSBP supports the goals of the Secretary of the Navy by identifying and developing small businesses that can support the NAVSUP mission as well as the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow.
