The Military Justice Division prosecutes violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), occurring within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Activity Support, Fort Dix, General Court-Martial Convening Authority (Commander, USASA, Fort Dix), which includes active and reserve units throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New York. The Division also advises and supervise the processing of all UCMJ and administrative actions to assist in maintaining good order and discipline and ensure justice.
