Fort McCoy Garrison Offices

Equal Opportunity Office

The Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) serves the Soldiers in garrison and tenant organizations at Fort McCoy, as well as military personnel from all branches of the armed forces who are at the installation for training.

The EOO promotes readiness and quality of life through the commitment to equality of opportunity and fair treatment of Soldiers and Family members without regard to race, color, religion, gender or national origin and nurtures an environment in which personnel contribute to the mission, realize individual goals, and serve in the highest tradition of America's Army.

The EOO serves as the Garrison Commander's principle adviser on equal opportunity matters, and assists the Garrison Commander and subordinate commanders in determining the local equal opportunity climate by identifying issues of concern and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The EOO is located in building 2111, second floor.
