Legal Assistance Services

If you are an Active Duty or Army Reserve/National Guard Soldier currently on active duty orders for 29 or more consecutive days, and you would like assistance from an Army Attorney to challenge or respond to an adverse administrative (non-criminal) action (e.g. adverse OER/NCOER, revoked or suspended security clearance, Line-of-Duty or Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL), bar to re-enlistment, or written reprimand), you can schedule an appointment with the USASA, Fort Dix, Legal Assistance Office at 609-562-3295.
