About Natalie:  Natalie is 10 years old and is currently living in Washington, DC with her grandma and mom, who is stationed at the Washington Navy Yard with Commander, Navy Installations Command. They previously lived in Japan where her mom served as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer with Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Natalie’s mom was often out at sea.

Natalie has experienced typhoons, flooding, an earthquake, and the Navy Yard active shooter incident.

About Adam:  Adam is 11 years old and lives with his mom and dad, who serves as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. Adam’s family is currently stationed at Naval Station Norfolk while his dad serves onboard the USS DWIGHT D EISENHOWER CVN 69. They have previously been stationed at Naval Base San Diego, Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Japan, Bethesda MD, and Naval Station Rota in Spain.

Adam has experienced wildfires, hurricanes, typhoons, tsunamis, and protests.
