Description
Using case studies, the course focuses on decision making and management of the development of DoD information communications technology systems, issues related to capital planning and investment control and (CPIC) portfolio management, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, acquisition planning, systems test & evaluation, and systems engineering. Supplemented with industry speakers who provide industry perspectives on information systems management and contracting, this course integrates a variety of essential advanced topics critical to successful information systems acquisition.
