Description

Advanced Concepts and Skills for Requirements Management studies the functions of requirements managers and of their supervisors. RQM 310 begins by reviewing the prerequisite material, Capability-Based Assessments (CBAs), and developing requirements. The course continues by examining the Requirements Manager’s interactions with the Defense Acquisition System (DAS), within the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), and with Functional Capability Boards (FCBs).

Two pre-class assignments are due 5 working days prior to the start of class. 1 page on current issues. 1 page expanded discussion on a single requirements related issue. Details will be provided after registration is complete.

Students must pass a final examination and make a formal presentation at the conclusion of this course.
