Much of the general emergency action information, presented through the other links at left, is valid anywhere. However, the availability of and access to evacuation routes, safe havens, shelters, and mass notification systems vary more widely outside the continental United States, often depending on the preparedness levels of—and cooperative agreements with—host nations.
Be sure to click on the link to Noncombatant Evacuations if you are living in an overseas country and familiarize yourself with the information presented that will help you to Be Ready Navy.
The Regional Information link under the Stay Informed Tab provides links to regional or command websites and, in most cases, to other sites that contain useful information and contacts.
