How do I request Visual Information support?
Visit the Work Request web page.

Does my Work Request need to be approved?
No, when you submit a work request we review your justification and add the work order to our “in processing” bin. If we determine that your work request does not meet our Army regulations guidelines we will cancel your work order and notify you via email. If you do not receive a cancellation your work request has been approved.

Do I have to pay for Visual Information support?
No, support is free.

I can’t select a date/time for my photography appointment. What do I need to do?
If you cannot choose a date or time for your appointment you are not on the Fort Lee work order site. First make sure the color banner at the top of your page indicates Fort Lee Garrison. If it identifies a different location you need to transfer yourself to Fort Lee (Not ALU). Select “My Profile” at the top right of you screen and then “Permanently Transfer Yourself” to Fort Lee (Not ALU). You will have to log off and log back on to VIOS to set your new location. Once you have transferred yourself you should have Fort Lee Garrison at the top of your page and thus you will be able to pick and date and time for your appointment.

How do I obtain Graphics support?
To obtain Graphics services you will need to transfer yourself to Fort Eustis in the manner identified in question #4. Once you are on the Fort Eustis VIOS site you will be able to submit a graphics work request. If you need Fort Lee VIOS photography, Video or AV equipment support you will need to transfer back to Fort Lee (Not ALU) after you complete your For Eustis work request.

How do I cancel my work order?
You cannot cancel your work order. Call 734-7323, 734-3893 or 734-7329 and ask us to cancel it. If we do not answer please leave a message (spell your last name) requesting us to cancel your work order. You will receive an email indicating cancellation after we cancel your appointment. Names of soldiers and civilians who do not call or show for their appointments are sent to the Garrison CSM for distribution to Fort Lee units and organizations.

Visual Information Services
Photography
We provide support for DA, Head & Shoulders, Police Credentials/ID, Event Documentation, and Special Requirements.
Passports are handled by the Passport Office in the Soldier Support Center.

Video Production
We provide video support for ceremonies, training and special events, producer/director consultations for planning, storyboard, script assistance, video documentation, editing, DVD/CD copying and formating for web based publication.
Audio Visual Equipment Support
We provide Audio Visual equipment loans, setup and operation for special events, training and day to day mission requirements. Please plan ahead to ensure your equipment reservation is scheduled.
Television Studio
We provide support for Taped Training Activities and Lectures, Holiday and Command Messages, Live Broadcasts and Voice Recording.
Command Channel / Live Video Broadcast
We provide support for Emergency Notification Information, Live and Taped events, and General Programing for Command Channel 14.
