The Russell L Collier Health Clinic serves as Fort Hood's aviation medicine center of excellence providing medical care to the multiple aviation and non–aviation units assigned to West Fort Hood. In addition to the Active Duty healthcare team, the clinic has two family practice teams and a pediatric team who provide care to Active Duty Family Members, Retirees and Retiree Family Members. Services available on site are: pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, communicable disease clinic, audiology and optometry.
