Overview

Clinical Outcomes and Resource Evaluation provides prevention, disease maintenance, coordinated care, and education programs for beneficiaries who may be at risk for developing long-term illnesses. Not only do these programs benefit the health of beneficiaries, they also drive down the costs of healthcare by reducing emergency room visits and hospital admissions. This group supports the delivery of high quality healthcare to all eligible TRICARE Beneficiaries while ensuring delivery of care is performed by the right personnel in the right place at the right time.
