Missed Appointments

A "no show" is an individual who misses or falis to show up on time for an appointment. when an appointment is missed, the space is not necessarily filled with the next appointment.
Rather, the time slot may go unused. Additionally, when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling, they keep another patient from using that appointment slot.
