The CRDAMC Patient Appointment Service strives to provide our beneficiaries with the correct appointment to the correct provider within either the clinically indicated timeframes or the TRICARE Access to Care standards every time. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient–focused service supporting the appointing process for all primary care clinics and medical home clinics. Additionally, this service schedules appointments for several specialty care clinics. Warrior in Transition (WT) appointments are all scheduled so as to meet the enhanced access to care standards required of that program.
