Max Snell is the acting director of the Office of Technology at the Office of Naval Research. In this role, he is responsible for policy, planning, resourcing and execution management for a substantial portion of the Department of the Navy science and technology (S&T) budget, including the Future Naval Capabilities, the Navy’s Small Business Innovation Research and Manufacturing Technology programs.
