The CTSF is considered the Army's strategic facility responsible for performing Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) testing and configuration management for all operational- through tactical-level Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Intelligence (C4I) systems, applications, and hardware prior to release to the field.
CTSF Mission: To provide a unique, scalable environment, with skilled personnel, using qualified processes to support the Department of Defense’s net-enabled strategic vision by executing configuration management, systems of systems integration and interoperability certification testing for Army and Joint C4I system providers.
CTSF Vision: To become a customer-valued organization ensuring that the best net-centric C4I capabilities are available to US, Joint and coalition Warfighters.
