Career Field Certification Standards
The Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (USD(AT&L)) has approved the Core Certification Standards contained within the Career Field Certification and Core Plus Development Guides for the DoD AT&L workforce under the authority of DoD Directive 5000.52, “Defense Acquisition Education, Training and Career Development Program.”
DoD components are responsible for ensuring that workforce personnel are trained and qualified for their current assignment, prepared for more responsible jobs, and cross-trained for assignments in other acquisition career fields.
