Brexit has hit a roadblock. Thursday morning, the High Court in England ruled that Prime Minister Theresa May could not trigger the clause for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union without a vote from the British House of Commons. Previously, May said a vote would not be required since the people had made their decision. The British government said that it would appeal the ruling.
