The Online Master's Program (OLMP) Leadership Concentration is offered to a limited number of captains with 6-7 years TAFCSD.

The Air Force built upon the success of the existing OLMP to offer more tailored professional education opportunities and expand those opportunities to mid-level captains under a "concentration" construct. Within this construct, seven of the existing OLMP courses (21 credit hours) are the core curriculum required of all students. 

The core curriculum is supplemented by the Leadership Concentration.  Designed specifically for eligible captains, this concentration includes four leadership courses focused on the developmental needs of captains.
