Volunteer opportunities

Fort Meade service members volunteer at a non-profit farm.Volunteer opportunities for both the on- and off-post communities are important.

Fort Meade encourages the off-post community to volunteer on the installation, but also encourages them to share information about off-post volunteer opportunities for our service members, military families, retirees, and Department of Defense civilians and contractors. These events and opportunities are publicized through the Army Community Service volunteer coordinator and USO-Metro.
