NRL is using social media to share information, engage with our stakeholders, and provide a better understanding of the work we do to support the Navy and the nation. We encourage people from all perspectives to join us on social media and be a part of the conversation.
Comments published on NRL social media sites are public. In order to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, we are committed to ensuring civil discussions and expect participants to treat each other with respect. Twitter is a "microblogging" service that allows users to subscribe to receive brief updates or "tweets" (a maximum of 140 characters) from other users. NRL tweets important announcements and links to interesting content around the web.
Facebook is a social networking service that connects people with friends, organizations, and ideas. NRL's Facebook Pages offer a place to receive updates, share photos, and join a conversation about NRL.
LinkedIn is a social networking service that connects professionals around the world. NRL's LinkedIn Page offers a place to receive updates, learn about career opportunities, and engage with NRL.
YouTube
YouTube allows users to watch and post videos to share with others. NRL's YouTube Channel offers quick access to videos featuring cutting-edge research and technology development taking place at the Laboratory.

Scribd is a social reading and publishing service that transforms written content - including PDFs and PowerPoints - into a web document that's discoverable on the Internet.
RSS Feeds
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a family of Web formats used to publish frequently updated digital content. It delivers news and information automatically to subscribers via "feeds."
