Capabilities Team Overview
The Capabilities Team of the TADLP Capabilities & Implementation Office determines what capabilities Army Distributed Learning (DL) delivery systems must provide. Those desired capabilities are developed into functional requirements.
Requirements are submitted as Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) to material developers for implementation on Army Content Learning Management Capability (ALCMC) learning management systems.
