The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is led by Rear Admiral Kate Gregory, Civil Engineer Corps, United States Navy, and Chief of Civil Engineers. NAVFAC consists of 18,000 Civil Engineer Corps officers, civilians and contractors who serve as engineers, architects, contract specialists and professionals.
