OFPP memo gives various resources acquisition personnel can use to find and award contracts to small businesses. It lists the parity issue, industries where small businesses excel, market research tools, previous small business policy letters and memos, existing GWAC resources, the 8(a) and WOSB program, and the repeal of the Competiion Demonstration Program to help find more opportunities for small businesses to compete in acquisitions.
