According to DoD Directive 3020.49, Enclosure 2, 1.e, the President of the Defense Acquisition University is responsible to (1) develop and execute training of the acquisition workforce to prepare and manage operational contract support (OCS); and (2) is responsible for consolidating contingency acquisition lessons learned.
The purpose of this site is to consolidate overseass contingency acquisition history and lessons learned IAW DoD Directive 3020.49, Enclosure 2.
