Description

The Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program (SSEAP) is for spouses of Active Duty and Retired Soldiers, and widows(ers) of Soldiers who died either on Active Duty or in a Retired status, and reside in the United States. The purpose of the program is to assist the spouse/widow(er) in gaining the education required to allow them to qualify for increased occupational opportunities. Please note this program only applies to Title 10 Soldiers and their spouses.

Completing the SSEAP Application Process
  1. Complete the FAFSA application
  2. Print the Student Aid Report (SAR) results from the FAFSA application
  3. Download and complete the online SSEAP application
