Description
TRICARE is a health care program offering comprehensive health care coverage for eligible Soldiers and their Family members depending on current status. All Federal and State Active Duty Soldiers and their Families are eligible for TRICARE Standard or Prime coverage. To be eligible for TRICARE, an individual must be registered in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).

Quick Guide
How to Register for TRICARE Online (TOL)
  1. Access the TRICARE Online (TOL) website
  2. Click on “Continue to the BWE application website”
  3. A notification will inform you that “The requested page will open in a separate browser window, and may be outside of the TRICARE Online Portal”
  4. Click on “OK”
  5. Click on “Get Enrollment Form” on the left side of the website
  6. Follow directions found on DD Form 2876
