Sleep Medicine


The Sleep Medicine Service consists of 6 board certified Sleep Physicians trained to provide high quality care for patients with sleep disorders. Our sleep lab is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and is considered a national center of excellence. Our staff includes board certified sleep medicine physicians with background training in internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice, pulmonary diseases, neurology, and clinical psychology. We offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to the treatment of any and all sleep medicine disorders.

The major clinical divisions within the Sleep Service include:
  • Sleep Medicine Clinic
  • Sleep Medicine Laboratory
  • Respiratory Therapy Services
The Sleep Medicine Service serves as the primary clinical and academic training location for a fully-accredited sleep medicine fellowship training program.

New or Returning Patient Questionnaire.
If you have been given a new referral to the Sleep Disorders Center, please call central appointments at 301 295 6289 to schedule an appointment and to activate your referral.

If you were given a new or updated referral to the Sleep Clinic AND you have a scheduled appointment, then please complete the online questionnaire prior to your appointment. This process may take 10-15 minutes to complete.

How to enroll into Sleep Clinic Relay Health System
Only current patients will be accepted.
You can also enroll during your first appointment in the Sleep Disorders Center.

Please follow the instructions below: Questions: Call RH support at 1 866 735 2963 Ext:1
Type http://www.relayhealth.com/ Or search "Relay Health" and then go to "Register" located in the top right of the webpage.
-Click on the patient ICON. This will lead you to a registration page. You can then create your account.
-On the "patient profile" page, there is a link on the top of the webpage that says "Your Providers". Click on this link and enter the name of your sleep provider. If you do not have the name of a sleep provider then type in "Natalie Bilodeau" then press select.
-In a few days you will receive an email from Relay Health once you have been accepted into the clinic.

Make sure to check your junk/spam email if you do not receive a Relay Health response in a few days.
