2015 Innovation Awards

The 2015 Military Health System (MHS) Innovation Awards encourage a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing by celebrating novel processes, services, or technologies that have demonstrated a significant impact in helping achieve the Quadruple Aim. The Innovation Award recognizes those who have shown a commitment to innovation and who have led the implementation of novel initiatives that improve health and readiness. The intent is to recognize innovations across all areas of operations including the combat, community/garrison, and global health domains.

Submission Categories

Nominated projects must represent grassroots initiatives that have demonstrated an impact at any level of health care operations, have the potential for diffusion, and improve health and readiness for Service members and their families. Individuals and small teams are encouraged to apply for the Trailblazer award, which specifically recognizes achievement through innovation in a small or under resourced environment.
