THIS SYSTEM IS ACCREDITED FOR UNCLASSIFIED PROCESSING.
This system will not be used to process, store, or transmit information above the accreditation level. This computer system, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices (including internet access) are provided only for authorized U.S. Government use. DoD computer systems may be monitored for ALL lawful purposes, including to ensure that their use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. Monitoring includes, but is not limited to, active attacks by authorized DoD entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, copied, recorded and used for authorized purposes. All information, including personal information, placed on or sent over this system may be monitored. Therefore, information you place on this system is NOT PRIVATE. Use of this DoD computer system, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring of this system.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS DoD COMPUTER SYSTEM MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be provided to appropriate personnel for administrative, criminal or other adverse action.
USE OF THIS SYSTEM CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO MONITORING.
For site management, statistical information is collected. To assist us, we use "cookies". This information is used to create summary statistics of what information is of most and least interest, to determine technical design specifications, to identify system performance or problem areas, and to monitor unauthorized activity. These monitoring logs are destroyed on a routine basis.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), enacted in 1966, generally provides that any person has the right to request access to federal agency records or information. Federal agencies are required to disclose records upon receiving a written request for them, except for those records that are protected from disclosure by any of the nine exemptions or three exclusions of the FOIA. This right of access is enforceable in court.

Open and Transparent Government expands upon the principles of full disclosure of information from the government to its citizens, established in the Freedom of Information Act, to further provide a culture in which agencies are responsible for reporting their plans, successes and failures to the citizens they serve.
