BACH's appointment line personnel can assist you with making appointments,
canceling appointments and transferring calls. The information line may be reached by dialing (270) 798-4677 or (931) 431-4677 Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To cancel appointments after hours by phone, please call (270) 798-VOID. Leave a message with the patient's first and last name and their social security number or the DoD ID number. Appointments and cancellations may also be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using TRICARE Online at
www.tricareonline.com. Many needs may be resolved using the 24 hour Nurse Advice Line by calling 1-800-TRICARE and selecting Option 1. For general information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the Staff Duty Desk can
