Medical Education and Training Campus

The Medical Education and Training Campus is the primary training location for Army, Navy and Air Force enlisted medical trainees. The campus also provides advanced level training. With a mission of training the world's finest medics, corpsmen and techs, the Campus was established in 2010 as part of a Base Realignment and Closure Commission decision to co-locate all military enlisted training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The campus is projected to maintain an average daily student load of 7,000 students in 64 medical training programs.

Navy Medical Department GME

College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) provides a variety of Distance Education and Training opportunities for all Marines active, reserve, and retired, as well as government employees and family members.
