Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC)

MEDEVAC travel can be tough...we know. Unscheduled detours, layovers, and those ever-so-comfortable seats on the C-141.

The 89 Aeromedical Staging Flight (ASF) at Andrews Air Force Base coordinates flights into the National Capital Area for Malcolm Grow Medical Center (Andrews AFB), Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (Bethesda).

Or, from Visitors' Garage, Bldg 55, enter Outpatient Center, Bldg 9. Turn left at escalators.

Walk through waiting area, passing Pediatrics on left, and continue through short corridor that opens into hospital lobby.
