Fleet Scholar Education Program (FSEP)  The program is geared for junior and mid-level Unrestricted Line (URL) and Information Warfare Community (IWC) officers.

Secretary of the Navy Tours with Industry (SNTWI) These tours offer the service member a chance to learn from and with leading industry parents to better improve leadership, management, and communications skills.

Meritorious Advancement Program (MAP) MAP provides commands the opportunity to recognize their best sailors, advancing them when they are ready for next level of responsibility.

Career Intermission Program (CIP) As authorized by the FY09 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), this program allows 20 officers and 20 enlisted per calendar year the ability to transfer out of the active component and into the Individual Ready Reserve for up to 3 years while retaining full health care coverage and base privileges.
