The Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) is staffed by more than 3,800 civilian engineers, scientists and support personnel. More than 30 percent of our technical staff have PhD and M.S. degrees. Our workforce publishes more than a hundred technical papers a year and submits many patents in their area of expertise.
