•Develop and Issue Military Personnel Plans and Policies for EOD Warfare
•Manage the EOD Warfare Critical Skill Retention Bonuses (CSRBs)
•Monitor Health of the EOD Warfare Officer Community
•Manage EOD Warfare Officer Billets
•Plan and develop the EOD Warfare Officer Career Path
•Administer the annual EOD Warfare Administrative Board for New Accessions Selections
•Develop Officer Educational Opportunities
•Assist with Navy Promotion Plan for the Unrestricted Line (URL) Communities
•Assist with EOD Warfare Recruiting and Outreach
•Assist with EOD Limited Duty Officer (LDO) Accessions and Career Planning
