Command Leadership

Navy policy encourages all personnel to take an active role in their own professional development and career management.

The Command Leadership Team (CO/OIC, XO, CMC/COB) is responsible for ensuring Sailors and command stakeholders (CCC, Personnel Officer, TRAINO, etc.) have access to and use available systems.

Information Sheets provide a description of Navy career tools used by Sailor, Command Career Counselor (CCC), and Command PASS Coordinator (CPC).

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for common Pay and Personnel processes identify specific tasks required of Sailor, CPC, CCC and PSD/CSD. Command leadership should refer to SOPs when discussing processes and issues with their supporting PSD/CSD.

User Aids identify the environment(s) in which Navy career tools reside and the command stakeholders responsible for ensuring users have access to application functionality when they need it.

Application "Quickstarts" help command leaders engage command user roles.

NPC Web Resources provide links to stakeholder-specific communities.
