    Mandatory Army Training

    Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP)
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “Sexual Harassment/Assault Response” and select “Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Standing Strong Training (Version: FY15)” to enroll. Soldiers and civilians are encouraged to visit the Army SHARP website for more information.

    Suicide Awareness and Prevention
    Soldiers must log in to Joint Knowledge Online and enroll in course JS-US006M, Joint Staff Suicide Awareness and Prevention. The goal of the training is to encourage leaders to play an active role in suicide prevention. This is a required course dealing with suicide prevention and awareness for members of the military.

    Army Concussion Course (mTBI)
    Soldiers must log in to the Army Training Network, select the tab marked “Annual Training” and watch the “Army Concussion Course: Annual Training for Soldiers and Leaders” video. The training provides material to Soldiers and their leaders on concussion/Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) and supports the annual requirements of the Army's concussion/MTBI Campaign.

    Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training
    Soldiers must log in to Joint Knowledge Online and enroll in course JS-US007. The purpose of this training is to increase awareness of terrorism and to improve your ability to apply personal protective measures. It also provides links to resources Soldiers can use in the future.

    Threat Awareness and Reporting Program
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “Threat Awareness and Reporting Program” and select “U.S. Army Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) Course (Version: A)” to enroll. The training is designed to ensure that DA personnel recognize and report incidents and indicators of attempted or actual espionage, subversion, sabotage, terrorism or extremist activities directed against the Army and its personnel, facilities, resources, and activities.

    Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP)
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “CTIP” and select “Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Program (Version: A)” to enroll. This course is required training for all Department of Defense personnel.

    Personnel Recovery
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “Army PR” and select “PR 101: Introduction to Personnel Recovery” to enroll.

    Operational Security (OPSEC)
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “OPSEC” and select “Army OPSEC Level 1 (Newcomers and Refresher)” to enroll. This course provides Soldiers, civilians, and contractors with training in OPSEC awareness.

    DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge
    Soldiers must access the Cyber Security Training Center and select the login button to begin the DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge training. This course is mandatory for all personnel accessing an Army network.

    Information Security Program – Refresher
    Soldiers must access the Army Learning Management System, click “Search” on the left hand side of the screen, enter “Information Security Program” and select “Information Security Program Training” to enroll. This course is the consolidation of the training topics previously provided in the Security Training - Initial Security Orientation and Security Training - Annual Security Refresher Training courses.
