MISSION STATEMENT
We, the PERS-42 team, are entrusted with the distribution and career management for the Submarine and Nuclear Officer Communities. It is our responsibility to keep the forces properly manned by doing the right thing for both the fleet and each individual constituent. We will never forget the rigors of being at sea and understand that the decisions we make have a lasting effect on the individual, the family and the fleet.
