Last year my Employer Young Truck Sales won the Pro Patria Award and Above and Beyond Award. I'm very happy and proud to have a very Military friendly work place. I encourage everyone to nominate your employer if they are Military friendly.

#TennesseeNationalGuard Staff Sgt. Melisa Washington with this report on a Tennessee ESGR Bosslift to US Army Fort Benning. After getting an up-close view of what their Guard and Reserve member employees do at their "other" job, employers walked away with a new appreciation for their service member employees. "I am just really impressed by the devotion to honor, integrity, the very high quality product, the commitment to the discipline and the self sacrifice. The sacrifice any of us in the working world make to accommodate the National Guard or Reservists, or anybody serving in the armed services it pales in comparison to the sacrifices they are making."
