The Admin/Media Community is comprised of 8 ratings encompassing 15,000 Sailors from Active Component and Fulltime Support – Personnel Specialist (PS), Yeoman (YN), Legalman (LN), Musician (MU), Mass Communications Specialist (MC), Navy Counselor (NC), Navy Counselor Career Recruiter (NCR), Canvasser Recruiter (CANREC Program), and Religious Program Specialist (RP).

The ratings listed are offering convert in opportunity, NOW!!!. Speak with your Career Counselor, Today!!
NC (Navy Counselor) - Member may submit via Career Waypoints or lateral Conversion in accordance with MPM 1440-020, if their rating does not offer convert-out opportunity in Career Navigator.
NC(CRF) (Navy Counselor Career Recruiter)- Four selection boards are held annually and the next board is scheduled for August 2013. Refer to BUPERSINST 1133.29 for conversion requirements. Member must possess the 9585(recruiter) NEC to apply. Career Waypoints convert-in opportunities are available. Members may submit via Lateral Conversion, if their rating does not offer convert-out opportunity in Career Waypoint.
NC(CRF) FTS (Navy Counselor Career Recruiter Fulltime Support)- Four selection boards are held annually and the next board is scheduled for August 2013. Refer to BUPERSINST 1133.29 for conversion requirements. This rating is open to Canvasser Recruiters(CANREC) and members must possess the 9585(recruiter) NEC.
