Incoming requests are prioritized by date received, EAOS and/or Transfer date.
All Extension and Reenlistment request must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the member's EAOS/SEAOS/TRF date/C-WAY expiration. Requests can take between 2 to 4 weeks to process except for Retain in Service or Cancellation of Extensions. SHORT FUSED REQUESTS MAY NOT BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
All PII must be removed from each request prior to submission. NO SSN
The following contract actions require prior approval from PERS-811: -Conditional reenlistment
-Early reenlistment
-OBLISERV to Train (OTT)
-Extension of an overmanned rating
-Exception to Policy (ETP)
-Extension cancellation (as applicable)
-Retain In Service due to medical/LIMDU
-PG13 in lieu of OBLISERV (as applicable)
