Appointments

To book an appointment with any of the Department of Family and Community Medicine clinic, please call the San Antonio Consult and Appointment Management Office (CAMO) at 210-916-9900.

To talk to a nurse or leave a message for your provider please call or leave a message on the Clinic Nurse line at 210-916-3000.

For after-hours assistance, TRICARE beneficiaries can call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273. Experienced nurses will provide medical advice and nurse triage 24/7 to include weekends and holidays.

Clinic: CPT Jennifer M. Moreno Primary Care Clinic (JMC)

  • Location: 3100 Schofield Rd, 2nd Floor, Bldg 1179, Fort Sam Houston, TX (corner of Schofield Rd and Garden Ave)
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm and Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm
    Serving Active Duty Permanent Party, Active Duty Dependents, Retirees, and Retiree Dependents.

Clinic: McWethy Troop Medical Clinic (TMC)

  • Location: 3051 Garden Ave, Bldg 1279, Ft Sam Houston, TX (corner of Schofield Rd and Garden Ave)
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
    Serving Active Duty in Training Status (students) and Active Duty on TDY status.

Clinic: SPC Taylor J. Burk Clinic (TBC) located in Camp Bullis, 20 miles north of Ft Sam Houston

  • Location: Bldg 5026, Camp Bullis US Army Training Site (3.5 miles north of Loop 1604 & FM 1535 NW Military Hwy/Shavano Park Exit).
    *Note: Camp Bullis Rd gate entrance from IH-10 is permanently closed.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
    Serving Active Duty Permanent Party, Active Duty in Training Status (students), Active Duty Dependents, Retirees, and Retiree Dependents.

  • Location: 2535 Garden Ave, Bldg 1102, Ft Sam Houston, TX
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (Closed every Wed afternoon at 12:00 pm for training.)
    Serving Active Duty Permanent Party, Active Duty in Training Status (students) and Active Duty on TDY status.

Clinic: Medical Management Center

    Serving Active Duty for Warrior-in-Transition Battalion (WTB) Patients.

Clinic: Schertz Medical Home (SMH)

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm and Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
    Serving Active Duty Dependents, Retirees, and Retiree Dependents.
