Civilian Employer Information (CEI)

Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) has re-deployed the CEI website for Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/esgr. Army Reserve, Marine Corps Reserve, Navy Reserve, and Coast Guard Reserve continue to report CEI information through their respective Service.

State-Based Support

Every state and territory in the Nation counts current or former members of the Armed Forces as part of their population. The Nation’s governors recognize the value that these men and women bring home as a result of their service and are implementing programs and investing in resources to support their needs and those of their families, according to a recently updated survey by the National Governors Association (NGA). The NGA's 2015 Report on State and Territorial Support for Members of the Military, Veterans, and Their Families provides a complete overview of each state's support networks.

Adaptive Support

The Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program provides assistive technology and accommodations to ensure people with disabilities and wounded Service members have equal access to the information environment and employment opportunities in the Department of Defense and throughout the Federal government. If you have questions about this program, please contact them by phone at 703-614-8416 or 703-681-3978 (TTY) from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, M-F, or anytime by email at cap@mail.mil.
