Ready Reserve officers use board id #225

FTS officers only use board id #226

This board considers eligible lieutenant commanders with designators that:

• begin with 1 (such as 1125, an unrestricted line Submariner or 1835 restricted line Intelligence Officer)
• are line designated LDO officers (61xx, 62xx, 63xx, 64xx).
• are FTS (formerly called TAR). FTS are considered for promotion by the same membership. The FTS have a separate board id # as their records are active duty and cannot be loaded into the same board as selected reserve records.

Eligible lieutenant commander reservists serving on active duty on mobilization orders, ADSW, limited RPN recalls, or extended ADT orders will be considered on this board, not the active duty O5 board. Reservists in the IRR are eligible and will be considered by this board.
