The MG Keith L. Ware Public Affairs Awards Communication Competition recognizes Soldiers and Department of the Army civilian employees for excellence in furthering the objectives of the Department of the Army Public Affairs program. The IMCOM Public Affairs Office conducts the program for our garrison public affairs professionals.
