Westover Medical Home (WMH)

The Westover Medical Home (WMH) is an Army Patient Centered Medical Home (APCMH) community-based clinic which provides accessible, high quality, cost-effective and customer focused interdisciplinary health care for TRICARE Prime active duty dependents, retirees and their dependents, and TRICARE PLUS beneficiaries. The scope of comprehensive services includes chronic and acute illness care, preventive health maintenance, health promotion and wellness, education and counseling, and specialty consultation and referral.
