Officer Active Component (AC) to Reserve Component (RC) Transition

Officers leaving active duty will be contacted by a Transition Assistant (TA) from the CTO prior to separation. The TA will educate each Officer on Reserve benefits and opportunities and help facilitate an Officer's transition to a Reserve unit. In addition, the TA will prepare and coordinate all necessary documentation. The CTO will make the transition as smooth as possible by streamlining the transition process. 

As a Navy veteran, there are substantial benefits, for you and your family, to affiliating with the Navy Reserve before leaving active duty.
