Civilian Personnel Advisory Center

We like to say the most important thing we do at Norfolk District is hire people. Our strongest competitive advantage is the brainpower of employees, who have pride and confidence in themselves and are committed to organizational values and the district's objectives.

The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center is critical  to the distict's success in recruiting, developing and retaining high performance team members. In the future, we will not define the workforce in terms of occupations or services, which are narrow and restrictive, but more in terms of skills and competencies. We will focus on building competencies that help us meet customer requirements.

Join the workplace that was voted the Best Place to Work in Hampton Roads and one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia.
