ISSUES AND OTHER INFORMATION

  • The City of Petaluma is the NFS.
  • This project did not receive funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Title IV, Pub. L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, Feb. 17, 2009.
  • The Across the Flats Channel is on a three-year dredging cycle, and the River Channel is on a four-year dredging cycle.
  • Both channels are long overdue for dredging, but unobligated carryover funds are insufficient to award a fully-funded maintenance dredging contract.
