· The scheduling process begins by the event sponsor obtaining event approval from the Secretary of the Air Force for Public Affairs (SAF/PA) website. This is accomplished by submission of a DD Form 2535 to SAF/PA (obtained on the SAF/PA website).
· Requests for the ACC F-22 and F-16 Demonstration Teams and Heritage Flights must be received by ACC Aerial Events no later than (NLT) the following dates:
o NLT December 15th of the previous year:
Requests for the ACC F-22 and F-16 demonstration teams for any events all year
Requests for all Heritage Flights for events
· ACC Aerial Events will notify you (the requester) if your event will be supported.
